RISE FROM YOUR GRAVE!!!

 Well, hello there!

I don't know if anyone who was following this blog is still around, but with the news that a certain billionaire is planning to buy Twitter, I wanted to make sure I covered all my bases when it came to an exit strategy from said platform.

So... what I have been up to for the last 9 years?

I completed a second graphic novel called Dustship Glory, adapted from a novel of the same name. It's based on a true story about a guy who built a steamship in the middle of the Canadian prairies during the 1930s Dust Bowl. It was published in 2018 by Renegade Arts Entertainment, and you can order it from their website here.

I've done some illustration work, here & there...

Currently, I'm working on a third graphic novel called The Last Band On Earth. It's about a noise rock band trapped in a semi-post-apocalyptic city (the city is run by demons), who want to escape so they can go on tour. You can buy the first three issues as PDF downloads from my Ko-Fi shop right here!

And, the first issue is officially a Joe Shuster Award WINNER! Boy, does it ever feel good to finally be able to put the words "award winning" in my artist bio.

A few other things happened too, but maybe I'll save those for another post. Please comment if you see this, let's stay in touch. <3

Today's page. Sorry I didn't post this yesterday, I was stuck in transit from Seattle to here - long story. I'm basically a doofus.

So, ECCC! Gotta admit, I'm torn between "that was great! Let's do it again!" to "man, am I ever glad that's over"

hurrrrggghhh
